Microgreen and Seed Compost 10L

Our hand blended compost is super light and fluffy.  Suitable for the fussiest microgreens and seeds.

The compost is a fine blend of organic coir, and composted rye, maize and grass along with added nutrition.

There is a lot of talk on the web about how microgreens don't need any nutrition at all.  While it is true that they have a certain amount of fuel contained within the seed itself; we have found that yields are better, microgreen crops are lusher and there is less damping off when they have an added supplement in their substrate.

This is particularly true with slightly longer growing microgreens such as amaranth or coriander.
